As long as correctly crafted search parameters are used, Job Boards can be prime real estate to dig up leads.

There are thousands upon thousands of boards catering to practically every field of work and skill. Therefore it makes sense to capitalize on the RSS feeds that many provide.

Be aware that many job boards require standard, on site searches rather than inputting a operator into a search engine. And not all boards allow feeds but there is a workaround for both situations as highlighted in Alternative Engineering.

With this in mind (and to save you time) I've created search operators, and generated available RSS feeds which can be found in Lead Feeds. In there you'll also find instructions on how to load them into your RSS reader (Feedbin preferably) and stream leads instantaneously. Check out the catalogue of boards at Job Boards to use when creating your own feeds.

Want to see where the leads are coming from, or the structure of the feeds to create you own? After uploading a Lead Feed file check out the ‘Subscriptions’ section in Feedbin.
